Atalante

Atalante is a collection of modular seating pieces that is versatile and attractive. Each section has a supportive wood and steel internal structure that is covered in padding to create its modern shape. The seat is extraordinarily comfortable, from the down feather padding built into it to the elastic belting which creates give.

The collection's genius is its interchangeability. Units can be joined to create any configuration desired, from a single sofa to an elongated L shape or a U shaped combo. One would expect no less from a designer who created furniture for London's Tate museum and who looks to the gods for inspiration.
