Help Pick the Best Diagnosis of the Great Copy Machine Epidemic
|
When students and staff at the Go Green Initiative's Grace Hill Elementary School in Arkansas recently took part in The Great Copy Machine Epidemic of 2008 they were a part of history; as more than 23,000 students at 30 schools in 13 U.S. States and the Island of Curacao participated in the first national day of action to stop global warming.
They worked to reduce both their carbon footprint and global warming by going without photocopies in classes for the day, while visually "diagnosing" the disease that's been causing school copiers to chew up trees at such an amazing rate.
But schools can't solve the crisis alone, and now it's your turn to vote for which of their "diagnoses" you think best communicates the idea that each of us can take simple steps each day to reduce both our carbon footprint and the impact we have on the planet.
So to help determine which school has solved The Great Copy Machine Epidemic of 2008, head on over to www.greatcopyepidemic.com and cast your vote!
