Go Green School of the Week:
Robert Moses Middle School
North Babylon, NY

March 30 - April 5, 2008
Robert Moses, NY

Robert Moses Middle School in North Babylon, NY is this week's School of the Week. They were the first school to recognize the contagious disease that's been causing school photocopiers everywhere to chew up trees at an amazing rate.

They are asking schools across America to join them in a national day of action to help stop global warming. On April 17th join Robert Moses and other schools by shutting down your photocopy machines and putting them under quarantine. Click here to learn how to make a difference on April 17th.

Treehugger.com features our school of the week on their website. Owned by The Discovery Channel, their website gets 4.7 million page views a month. Read the Treehugger article about Robert Moses.

If you would like your school to be considered for the "School of the Week", please email Amy Snyder at [email protected]. Tell us what your school has been doing to Go Green and send along a few pictures of your students "in action." Pictures cannot be larger than 2 MB.

Way to make a difference, Robert Moses Middle School :)

Sincerely,

Jill Buck
