2011 Brings New Partnerships
Without question, the Inland Empire has been hit hard by the downturn in the economy. While some parts of the country have seen minor improvements in their local economies, the Inland Empire business community continues to struggle; and many reports indicate that the Inland Empire's recovery will take longer than most parts of the U.S. Standing firm in the midst of the battle, the Inland Empire SBDC continues its ongoing mission to "stimulate economic growth in Riverside and San Bernardino counties by providing small businesses and entrepreneurs with expert consulting, effective training, and access to resources." With the New Year, new resources have also arrived: a new outreach and two new partnerships. These should help insure that 2011 will be a year of strengthening businesses and improving the overall quality of life in the Inland Empire.
