Try a Different Dining Experience

Succulent food, perfectly prepared and professionally presented at your table is what we all want from a restaurant dining experience. And that, of course, is what we provide at Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse.
But the Churrasco Brazilian experience is unique - and certainly worth trying:
· There's no menu at Churrasco. Instead, you have a continuing choice of flame-roasted meats and chicken, carved at your table.
· Your meal begins with a trip to our extensive side bar, where a tempting variety of hot appetizers, salads and appetizers awaits your selection. Those in your party who do not eat meat will find tilapia and other appropriate entrée choices at the side bar as well.
· While you're selecting your starters, our already legendary Churrasco cheese puffs, Brazilian-style fried bananas (to cleanse your palette between courses) and special recipe mashed potatoes will be brought to your table.
· Entrees at Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse are served Rodizio style, with Gauchos bringing individual skewers of flame-roasted meats and chicken to your table - but only when you display the green side of your individual Churrasco Service Card. (Green indicates you're ready for more; the red side tells us you're pausing between selections.)
· You'll have a choice of nearly a dozen entrees that range from Picanha, a traditional and favored Brazilian beef cut. . .to beef ribs. . .pork tenderloin with parmesan cheese. . .filet mignon wrapped in bacon. . .chicken legs. . .leg of lamb. . .baby back ribs. . .chicken breast wrapped in bacon. . .garlic beef. . .sausage. . .and bottom sirloin, another Brazilian favorite.
Additionally, we suggest a fine Brazilian wine to accompany your dinner and, for dessert, Crème de Papaya, a Brazilian ice cream-and-papaya treat.
