Autumn is possibly the most rewarding season for
card making with a color palette of crisp and
intoxicating hues. Come along for a stroll with Marjie
Brandeen and experience a delightful journey using a
common household medium that transforms with
colorful inks into shades of an Indian summer and
comes alive with the covering of micro beads like an
autumn rain on a leaf covered path. We'll create 4
inspirational cards with a technique that you'll use
again and again!

Completed book holds ten images, mementos and/or

Mini Starbook Techniques and Twists
Starting with a Mini Starbook Kit (included), we will
stamp, decorate and learn some great techniques to
add tunnels and dimension to your books, add fun
and interest to your pages and incorporate
microbeads and other embellishments into these fun
books. You will have a variety of kits to choose from
and instructor will provide everything you need to
complete a book in class. Please bring basic tool kit.

Hand Tinted Photo Technique
Class participants will learn a super simple method for
hand tinting black and white photos using Tim Holtz'
Distress Inks. There will be photos provided to
practice this technique. Students are also
encouraged to bring their own black and white
photos to work on, these MUST BE printed on regular
glossy cardstock, not specialty photo paper.
