downtown San Diego. I will be starting there

I have teamed up with the place where the
concept of my company was born: at Wine
Steals! I was assistant manager there back
when they first opened, and it lead me to my
current dream/path at The Wine Smarties. So,
it will be a lot of fun for me to host the
series where it all started...
For this exciting class, we will be focusing
on comparing and contrasting young wines and
aged wines highlighting how wine changes and
evolves as it ages. We will also be
comparing and contrasting New world
winemaking styles with Classic winemaking
styles.
I am putting together a class for my WSET
graduates as well as anyone looking to get
into the industry (part-time, full-time,
etc). So, I will be inviting people from
different aspects of the industry to share
their stories and paint a picture of what
they do so you can make an informed decision
about which direction in the industry you see
yourself.
