40 Days Header
We have reached the end of our hearts passion week, and I hope the daily exercises have been very helpful to you.  Now I have one final question for you.
What dream will you fulfill?  I have read several of the heart passion results this week, and one thing that stands out to me as I am remembering them is that some people are still going by what they feel comfortable doing instead of what God has called them to do.  Don't get me wrong, you may be doing exactly what God has called you to do.  Remember this though, at some point in your life you are going to have to continue growing from where you are now. God is not calling us to stay the same forever; so why not make the day of growth right now?

In his book SHAPE: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life, Erik Rees provides us with a quote from John Eldredge:
Our goal here is to recover that adventure God wrote on your heart when he made you.  Your deepest desires reveal your deepest calling, the adventure God has for you.  You must decide whether or not you'll exchange a life of control born out of fear for a life of risk born out of faith.
I leave you this week with that to think about.  Are you going to live a life of control born out of fear or a life of risk born out of faith?

As you are learning new things about yourself over the next few weeks, feel free to come and talk to me or email me with new insights.  Your profile is not set in stone; in fact, it will never be because God is going to continue working through you in new and exciting ways until the day he calls you home.

Click this link to complete the Discovering Your Heart's Passion questionnaire. If you submit your questionnaire today, your updated SHAPE profile will be available before or after worship and Sunday School tomorrow.

Today's Prayer:

Dear God, thank you for uniquely creating me to worship and serve you. I pray that seeking your will and obeying your plan will become the number one passion of my heart. Help me to use this day to prepare to gather for worship with your people tomorrow; remove anything that would keep me from attending worship and Sunday School this Sunday.
