ALESSANDRO DEVIGUS DATE: September 11, 2007 FROM: Dr. Alessandro Devigus Dear Colleagues and valued customers of CEREC Made Easy: Today, I want to address an urgent matter that has to be communicated to you as a loyal customer of CEREC Made Easy. As of the writing of this letter, each of you are currently waiting to receive your copy of the Posterior Clinical and/or Anterior Clinical DVDs that you have previously pre-ordered or already purchased. I want to take this opportunity to apologize for the length of time it has taken to get the Posterior Clinical and Anterior DVDs done and subsequently shipped out to you. Let me assure everyone that we are working hard to give you exactly what you are waiting for! Each of the Clinical DVDs has in fact been filmed and at this time, the Posterior Clinical DVD is only awaiting the final audio recording from me. The delay has been due to problems within my own practice which are beyond my control and require my full time presence and efforts in order to keep my practice at the level my patients expect it to be. The planned change to integrate an associate into my practice, thus allowing me to find more time for the CEREC Made Easy partnership, didn't end up happening. As such, I haven’t had the opportunity to devote the time necessary to completing each of the two CEREC Made Easy Clinical Training DVDs. I can assure you that I'm working hard with Chris Leinweber and Creative Pixel Media and am fully committed to completing these highly anticipated DVD’s as soon as possible. We all are giving our best to make this one of the best Clinical CEREC projects you have ever seen. I'm proud to share my knowledge and experience with you!
