Greetings!
Happy February! It's Valentine's Day and this month, we find ourselves oozing with gratitude and appreciation for the blessings in our lives. We are grateful to our families for loving us unconditionally and being the source of inspiration for starting TH!NK. We are grateful to you, our loyal TH!NKsters, for believing in us and helping us to become better at what we do. February is the perfect month to say THANK YOU. It's the perfect month to show those around you how much you care and on that note, it's the perfect month to talk about employee recognition. We hope you enjoy this month's featured article which contains a message in alignment with our leadership beliefs. Check out our TH!NK W!NKS as we recognize a real dynamo, Stephanie Ponciano. And we hope you'll join us on our TH!NK Facebook page and share your favorite employee recognition practice!
