Customer Conflict Resolution

Research shows that it is significantly easier to keep an existing customer than find a new one, but what do you do when something goes wrong and one of your customers is less than pleased?  Effectively resolving customer conflict is a key skill for not only sales professionals, but for anyone who interacts with customers.  In this course, attendees will learn proven steps to diffusing and resolving customer conflict to increase the chances of customer retention.
