The Master Plan Oversight Committee will hold its next meeting on September 25, 2012, at 5:30p.m., 3520 General DeGaulle Drive, Suite 4050.
The meeting agenda, shown below, is very important in the monitoring of the School Facilities Master Plan for Orleans Parish ("Master Plan" or "SFMPOP"). The Oversight Committee has not met in a year. During that time, monthly and quarterly progress reports have been issued by OPSB, RSD and the project managers, Jacobs/CSRS.
However, a comprehensive financial report has not been issued since the MP amendments were adopted in November 2011. Those amendments added several new projects in the "funded" portion of Phase II and outlined new approaches to funding those projects. To review those 2011 amendments, click here.
