Action Items
Received reports from Administration and forwarded items to full Board
Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA): OPSB with Kingsley House and Trinity Episcopal School for Stern Site
- This is the site at Orange & Annunciation Streets, next to Kingsley House, that had once been proposed as Eastbank Swing Space location
- OPSB would rescind execution of CEA for use of site as soccer field and pre-K center due to discovery of high lead levels on the site
- Site has now been placed on OPSB's surplus property list for disposition
Housing Authority (HANO) Expropriation of Bell, Mondy, and Augustine Sites
- HANO has requested extension of time to June 30, 2012, for completing acquisition of the three sites

Greater St. Stephens Academy Property
- OPSB acquired title to the property recently
- Located at corner of Lake Forest Boulevard and Wright Road
- Proposed as site for replacement of Lake Forest Elementary
- Limited site work to proceed for a few weeks
Lake Forest Elementary School
- Architect selection to be completed in December
- Design of new school to start early in 2012
Hynes Elementary School
- Construction of new school nearing completion
- Move-in scheduled for 12/19 to 12/24
McDonogh # 35 High School
- Moving to site of former Waters and Philips Schools
- Site remediation under construction
- Drainage lines on, and from, site being relocated
- New school's design being modified to comply with amended Master Plan standards
Audubon Elementary School (Broadway Campus)
- Traffic and drop-off issues being discussed in several meetings with neighbors
- Some setback waivers required
- School size and budget will be adjusted
Real Estate Consulting Contract
- Recommended extension of contract with Latter & Blum, Ltd, for one year
- Contract based on fee-for-service and not commission, total not to exceed $ 185,000
- CFO reported that other proposers wanted costlier commissions instead of fee-for-service

- Allocates a FEMA allowance of $100,000 for Administrative Costs
