Upon purchasing a  

lesson, you may download the video and all  supporting documents.


To take the class  

all you need to do  

is watch the film  

and practice the techniques until you can perform them in a natural and flowing manner. 

 

The recommended  training methods are explained in the material and we also offer  tips on how often you should practice.   

 

When you have memorized the techniques and  are comfortable practicing them, move on to the next level.
