Happy Halloween. When the festival is finished, when you are taking down your Halloween decorations store them in a bin or a box along with any costumes you want to keep marked Halloween. If you celebrate holidays throughout the year, consider purchasing a bin, or finding a box for each one. Mark them Christmas/Chanukah, Easter/Passover, Canada Day, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving/Sukkot etc. When the next holiday arrives, you will easily find your decorations or important holiday memorabilia, without having to purchase more or replacements.
