Paula's organizing tip of the Week!

With the arrival of September, people traditionally go through their closets to change their wardrobes over. Take the time to turn the hangars backwards on your fall/winter clothing. Each time you wear something turn the hangar forward. When next spring comes, look at how many hangars are still backwards, and if you haven't worn the item in 6 months, consider giving it away. This is also a perfect time to look at your spring winter clothes and see what you have not worn and consider giving those items away, exchanging them with someone else's or selling them. If you have children, either donate, give away, or sell clothing that your children have outgrown, unless you have other children who will grow in to them. Take those clothes and place them in bins, labelled with the size of the clothing.
