Dear Alumni, We are saddened to inform you of the sudden passing of Yuletta McDonald-Mitchell, class of 1965 and a Calvin Coolidge Alumni Association 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award Winner. Yuletta became ill just prior to the beginning of the award ceremony.
The Coolidge Alumni community extends our most heart-felt sympathy and prayers to the McDonald-Mitchell families.
Many of the Coolidge family have known the McDonald family for at least forty years and for many even longer. We have had the privilege of sharing our lives with the family, remembering them from our high school years, some from our junior high school years and for some even from our elementary school years.
On behalf of the Calvin Coolidge High School Alumni Association, we extend our open arms and send forth our collective prayers and blessing to the family.
