7 Top Tips To A More Confident You
In my experience, one of the most common underlying issues that can hold people back from being what they want to be is a lack of self-confidence. So here are 7 top tips to help you be more confident:
  1. Turn negative situations and language into something positive
  2. Visualize a confident you
  3. If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got - do you need to do something differently?
  4. Write a list of 5 qualities that you and other people see in you. Carry these around with you to remind yourself of what makes you special
  5. Act as if - carry yourself as if you are the person you want to be
  6. Spend time with positive people
  7. Start a 'feel good file' where you record your successes at the end of the day. Reflect on it weekly
