Has the convenience of technology significantly lessened the amount of time you spend face-to-face with your customers and others key to the success and sustainability of your business? According to a study by the Center for Exhibition Research of 9,000 attendees and 800 exhibitors, nearly half (48%) of attendees said face-to-face interactions at exhibitions, conventions and annual meetings are more valuable today than two years ago. Face-to-face sales calls were also deemed becoming more important versus less important among exhibitors by the study, with online digital activity having minimal impact.
