June 11, 2012 - Have you caught yourself saying or thinking that someday you will get around to doing something?  Someday you will be able to finally do what you want to do? Someday things will be different than they are right now? As the saying goes, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift, that's why they call it the present." ...  Someday is now.  Don't let your past or your thinking hold you back towards your future. And don't let what is happening around you keep you from doing what you really want to be doing, even in the smallest of ways, now.


Take an MM&I Moment to note anything that you have put off doing, even though you would really like to be doing it now. Note how you believe things will be different and what small steps you can take now to make the difference begin to evolve before your eyes. If you believe you must wait, then you are the main reason that you are waiting. If someone has made you believe you must wait, then once again, you are the reason that you are postponing.  Give yourself the gift of today to do even the slightest things that will make your "someday" arrive sooner than you thought possible.

How are you making it easier for them to see why you are the best or only choice to solve their problems or meet their specific needs? One of the best ways you can bring distinctive insight to your offerings is by giving your prospects the ability to self-assess and better understand what may be missing that they need to learn or purchase from you to fulfill that need. Consider creating a short check-off the prospect would complete to see if what you offer is what they need. If you know your ideal customer well, and where the most likely issues are, you will help them see how much they need you every time.
