December 12, 2011 - As you reflect over the past 12 months, are you gratified and satisfied with what has been accomplished or are you wishing you could have done more? Are you excited about the year to come or are you wishing you could relive and rework a few things from this past year? While it is always good to learn and grow from experiences that did not go as desired, to continually focus on what you wish would have been or feeling guilty about what you didn't get around to doing is taking your energy away from doing what you desire and taking action towards your desires.
Take an MM&I Moment to list what you have achieved, enjoyed, appreciated, and valued about this past year. List relationships which have nurtured and supported you. List experiences which have given you insight, greater wisdom, or enabled you to achieve or get something you needed at the time. By reflecting on what went right, you are reinforcing your ability to make things happen and can better create ways to do things even more effectively. Then view this past year as experiences gained and not opportunities lost. Build upon what you already have going your way and you may be surprised how many things get out of your way and also fall into place.

Savvy Secret Tip of the Week
Are you getting people to find your website, but then they are not staying and clicking deeper into your site. If someone has been in the search mode, which results in them landing on your site, they don't want to be searching any more once they get to your home page. They want to be able to go right to the information, answers or solutions they were seeking. Visit your home page through the eyes of your target market. How easy is it to go to what will be of greatest value and appeal to them? The easier you make it, the more likely a call or email to do business or purchase will be the next click they make.
