MM&I Header

October 31, 2011 - Is your past haunting you in some way that is holding you back from what you could be accomplishing today? Is there a mistake you regret making that you are having a hard time getting past?  Is there something you wish you would or could have handled differently believing it would have resulted in a more desirable outcome? Getting caught up in what was or could have been is exactly what may be keeping you from making significant strides in what you want to be doing.

Take an MM&I Moment to reflect on what is bothering you in a different way or from a different perspective. What opportunities have presented themselves that would not have occurred? What did you learn that has you better prepared to cope or overcome a similar challenge in the future? If this was a friend or family member, and not you, what would you recommend to help make the shift in thinking?  By stepping outside of your frustration and viewing things from a more enlightened perspective, you may be able to finally move forward and leave the past behind for good.
