MM&I Header

May 2, 2011 - If you could name five things about yourself that you are grateful are a part of who you are, what would they be?  Why are these aspects of you important to you and what does it mean for not only you, but for others in your life? How are you honoring these aspects of you each and every day?  Realizing satisfaction in your life and work begins with embracing and celebrating who you are in how you live and work. If you are frustrated or feeling unsatisfied with how things are going, then chances are you are not allowing the real you to be fully engaged in what you are doing.

Take an MM&I Moment to list at least five things that you believe make you the person that you are today. Write why these characteristics or abilities are valued and what they mean to you. Take a look at what is going on in your life or at work and consider how these characteristics are either not being used to their fullest advantage or not being appreciated. Then take some action to shift your current reality into a more satisfying, gratifying and rewarding one.

Synergized Quote of the Week

"Personal satisfaction is the most important ingredient of success ... You must look within for value, but must look beyond for perspective." - Denis Waitley

Savvy Secret Tip of the Week

Award winning companies are viewed as more credible, stable, and worthy of patronizing. High growth companies are more likely to have won multiple awards for the companies, people and offerings. They have made pursuing and winning awards an operational and marketing component of the company's overall positioning strategy. Identify and pursue awards and recognition opportunities that will demonstrate your ability in management, delivery of products and services, customer satisfaction, innovation or a unique differentiating aspect of your company. You will find the process of submitting and pursuing these opportunities will make your business better by the sheer exercise of forcing you to think about and evolve your business to its next level.
