MM&I Header

March 14, 2011 - What have you celebrated lately? Are you so focused on your goals or one particular achievement you want to attain that you aren't celebrating the small successes along the way? When you drive hard and don't take moments to appreciate the little steps that have accumulatively helped you make bigger strides, those around you begin to feel taken for granted. The reality is that those little steps were made possible by others helping you along the way ... making a connection ... simplifying a process ... supporting you ... collaborating with you ... doing what you didn't want to do so you could do what you wanted to do.

Take an MM&I Moment to reflect upon the little successes you have realized and note those who have been instrumental in helping you get this far. Write a thank you and personally say thank you. Include those who have helped in celebrating how far you have come and what it has meant in your business or your life. Help someone else get one step closer to their goal. By pausing to recognize that you have not done it alone, you will never be alone. There will always be those cheering with you because you took the time to celebrate those small successes and appreciate the efforts made.

Conducting research and then releasing the results of the study is an effective means of positioning your company as an expert resource. A great first step is to take a poll by posing a question to get a pulse on a particular industry or marketplace issue.  For interactive appeal, if the poll can show the participants immediate percentages, it provides insight to them instantaneously and has a greater likelihood of being forwarded to others to participate. For an example and to participate in one I have placed on my website, CLICK HERE.
