With more than 30 galleries closing their doors in Chicago over the past two years, it takes real guts and determination to open a new gallery.

Public grand opening will be held
Saturday, March 17,2012
3501 W. Fullerton Ave. Chicago, IL
Reception from 6 - 10 pm.
For more information about the gallery and the opening, visit Beauty And Brawn Gallery

That's right, there's a new menu in town, but don't panic quite yet. All of your old favorites like The Beast and the Rib/Chicken Combo are still there, but we have added a little something extra...power. When "Branding Your Brand", you shall choose your bread (we love the pretzel roll), your meat (burger? maybe pork? perhaps smoked tofu??), and your toppings (so many delightful combinations). You now have the chance to live forever through your legacy in sandwich form, because creation is king and we are handing you the crown.
The possibilities are endlessly delicious. Wide-eyed foodies ourselves, all of us at the restaurant are drooling over these "Brands" already invented by guests: the "JR": the burnt ends burger on a potato bun topped with bacon, smoked gouda, a fried egg and pulled pork...the "Veg Head by Brian": smoked portabella mushroom on a pretzel roll (!) topped with goat cheese and southwestern veggie chili...and the "Ally": pulled pork on ciabatta bread topped with swiss cheese, grilled onions, coleslaw and smoky spicy sauce. Be the next to impress. We can't wait!
Bonus: Fish Fridays at Brand BBQ!
Each and every Friday from 5-10 pm, Brand will once again be offering our "Fish and Chips": a cornbread-battered Cod Po' Boy on a hoagie roll with mixed greens, tomato, coleslaw, citrus tartar sauce and hand cut fries for $11.95. We promise it won't taste like Lent! |
