"When a Professional Studio is Needed"
The theme is the role of professional studios in the overall recording process.

We have seen an explosion of smaller project studios and much work can be accomplished in these studios. However, there comes a time when recording at a professional studio may become necessary. Featured in this summit are studio operators combined with artists, producers and engineers to discuss the role of professional studios and how they are selected and used.

Participants:
Tom Kenny, Editor, Mix Magazine
Joe Chicarelli, Producer / Engineer
Michael Lloyd, Producer / Engineer
Barak Moffitt, Executive Vice President, EMI Group
Jeff Greenberg (Village Recording Studios)
Jason Upright (Firehouse Recording Studios)
Ed Woolley (Firehouse Recording Studios)
Candace Stewart (EastWest Studios)
Dave Lichtenstein (25th Street Recording)
Kirk Imamura (Avatar Studios)
