A Brand New Look

Medial Taxi

On July 14 EmergyCare unveiled a new logo designed to reflect the impact of our life-saving mission.  The updated logo is a visual representation of the dynamic organization EmergyCare has become as it provides all levels of mobile medical services across northwestern Pennsylvania.

Executive Director Bill Hagerty reflects, "During the past 28 years our organization has grown and changed to meet the diverse medical needs of the region.  We continually implement new technology, equipment and skills to provide the highest level care.  What hadn't changed during all those years was our logo and brand image.  After careful consideration, we felt it was time for an update to truly reflect our role in the region's healthcare system."

A Grateful Patient

William Jackson

Getting ready for his job as a U.S. postal carrier on the morning of January 8, 2010, Bill Jackson never imagined he would soon require a team of emergency responders and medical experts to save his life.

A year and a half after the spinal cord injury that left him in a wheelchair, Jackson has come to appreciate EmergyCare's ongoing help and support through our wheelchair van services.  He shares what he appreciates most, "I know when I open the door there is going to be a smiling face to greet me.  And they are going to treat me like a normal guy, not a paraplegic."

To read more of Mr. Jackson's story, please visit EmergyCare.org and the EmergyCareChannel on YouTube for a personal thank you message from Bill Jackson.
