Those who want to just support EmergyCare and join the fun can participate in the silent auction (see below for some of the Rockin' items) and all the Family Expo activities. Activities include a caricature artist, inflatable bouncer for the kids, peeks inside an ambulance, demonstration by King Cobra Karate and Reptile Rescue of Erie will have some cool creepy crawly friends to check out!
Proceeds from the day will benefit EmergyCare's life-saving mission and the LIVESTRONG Foundation that supports those dealing with cancer.

Highmark Makes Gift to EmergyCare

Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield recently made a contribution to EmergyCare in support of two upcoming events, Tour de West County and our August golf tournament.
In order to learn more about our mission and the difference their contribution makes in our community, James W. Martin, Director of Community Affairs for Highmark, recently visited with Don Hansen, EMT-P. Jim got a first-hand glimpse how it feels to be on a stretcher in the back on an ambulance while Don tells him about our cardiac monitors.
Thank you Jim and Highmark for taking an active and engaged role in philanthropy in our region to help fund missions that make a difference. |
