RockNo Docks at the Rock River Rally

  

A consortium of recreation, environmental and conservation groups have joined forces to promote a River Rally Sunday, August 21st. It's about both celebrating summer and making a clear statement: No Docks at the Rock. "If it floats, you're ready" say event organizers. Read more.

Sierra Club weighs in on PCBs, Kaiser appeals pollution discharge permit

 

Regulatory jousting over Spokane River water quality continues. Sierra Club files 60-day notice of intent to sue EPA for not developing a PCB water cleanup plan for the Spokane River. Meanwhile, Kaiser has appealed their pollution discharge permit.  Read more.
