Rebates and incentives available for water conservation
Water conservation helps improve Spokane River in-stream flows, a key component of protecting and restoring both fisheries and habitats. Reducing water use can also reduce needs for waste water treatment, which is both environmentally friendly and helps minimize your utility rates.
