This has certainly been an exciting two months at CieAura and as you can see with all the promotions being rolled out, we are ending the year stronger than ever! Starting in October with our incredible National Convention, the introduction of the Manny Pacquiao bracelet, the Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine Journal, enhancements to the compensation plan, the CieAura APP and finally the CieAura Weight Management System (CWMS)...kind of like taking a drink of water from a fire hose! With all the new introductions, I thought it would be a great time to clarify as well as give you some updates to help you finish this year stronger than ever!

 

As you know by now, the CWMS systems have shipped out and continue to be purchased in record fashion. Some of you have received systems that did not contain the Chip Stick and/or the CieAura Instant Lite (it will say it on the packing slip). We made the decision to ship your systems instead of asking you to wait for theses two pieces, and once the items become available we ship them to you  at our cost. We are happy to say that as of the end of last week, the backordered  Chip Stick has been sent and as of today, Friday, December 16th, the majority of the CieAura Instant Lite has also been fulfilled.   

 

Next, I would like to clarify a few points in regards to the compensation plan enhancements. As you are aware, for all Retailers that joined prior to the Nov. 13th implementation, we "grandfathered" them into the new comp plan at their current pay rank - till January 28, 2012. All of the other requirements for activity, rank advancements and qualifications went into effect for new and existing Retailers, such as 75 PSV for 100% First Order Commissions, 100% Matching Bonuses and Team Sales Commissions based on rank. Also as of November 1st, the enrollment fee is $49.00. One area of confusion that I would like to clear up for you is to be an Active Qualified Trainer the requirement under the enhancements is 75 PSV for you and all your personal team that qualifies you at QT. We are going to delay this implementation until December 31, 2011 because the Virtual Office has been saying 60 PSV and this may have caused confusion. So, in order to be paid as a QT - the required PSV will be 60 until January.  Finally, as a reminder, the new rules for earning Global Bonus Pool are in effect this month, and to participate you need to achieve the rank of Silver Star Retailer or above. 

 

As for everything else - we hope that you have lots of products on hand to share with all those that you love over the Holiday season. We fully expect 2012 to be our best year ever as we continue the incredible growth! You now have the most sophisticated tools in the Network Marketing industry to share the story of CieAura as you share the amazing products that are helping so many people around the world! Check out everything that is taking place in Europe and Asia and  plug in if you or your team has any contacts in those regions!

I pray that this season will bring you great joy and happiness, and that those feelings will be multiplied as you realize that you have found a business which will allow you to accomplish your goals and dreams for 2012!

Wishing you and your families a Happy Holiday Season from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Greater China!  We look forward to seeing and hearing from you in the coming days and weeks as we launch into a New Year.

 

We have said many times, "Those that build their CieAura business during the Holiday Season will have the most successful and prosperous 2012". You can be assured your Corporate Team is committed to helping you build your worldwide business, even during the hustle and bustle the holiday season. Our COO, Paul Rogers, has just returned from an eventful and very
 successful trip to Europe. Along with Barbara Podgorsek, our Managing Director - CieAura Europe, we have seen the uptick in sales and growth just as we are experiencing here in Asia.  We are blessed beyond words to have the Corporate support from experienced Industry leaders such as Barbara Podgorsek and Sebastian Urbanc, Michael Ang, Anthony Yan, Belsa Wong, Natalie Wong, William Wong and our VP of Business Development for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Greater China, Vincent Yiu. Over these last 2 weeks in Asia, we have participated in the Soft Launch Event of our Hong Kong and Greater
China markets.  This event was supported by our CEO and Founder, Ken Rasner, along with Lead Marketer/Black Diamond, John Taylor, Triple Diamond, Kenny Isbell, and Double Diamond, CJ Jebbia. Leading the way in support from the field were Diamond Retailers Jeff Dunham  from Houston,Texas and "Capt" Eli Demafelis from the Philippines, Eda Tong from Houston, Texas and Rosette Pasetes from Guam all in attendance and aggressively building the Asian markets.  This truly was a monumental event for all of CieAura.  

 

From Hong Kong, we traveled into China starting with events in Shenzhen and Beijing.  The markets are thirsting for our products and business opportunity.

If there was ever a company that you could be proud and humbled to be a part of at the same time that is CieAura. John Taylor, Kenny Isbell and Jeff Dunham were able to visit the Great Wall of China in Beijing - something that all three had on their lifelong "Bucket List."  As Kenny Isbell and Jeff Dunham traveled with Vincent Yiu to support the Taiwan market, John Taylor and I flew from Beijing to Manila to support

the official opening of our new 

CieAura Philippines Retailer Training Center.Philippines

  

With over 300 retailers and guests in attendance, the event was truly world class and a night we will never forget. A special thanks to "Capt" Eli and Raquel Demafelis for their leadership and setting the bar high in their commitment to support all in the Philippine market.

 

 

From Manila, Philippines it was off to Jakarta, Indonesia to work with and support our local leadership lead by Diamond Retailer, Dr. Paul Sene. There were over 100 in attendance for the weekly Business Opportunity Presentation and ribbon-cutting ceremony for our new Retailer Training Center in Jakarta. Dr. Paul and his team of quality leaders are having incredible growth and share the excitement of our retailers to impact and change the lives of Indonesians. Jakarta and all of Indonesia is poised and positioned for a monumental 2012. There are over 20 million people in Jakarta alone.  We are honored and blessed to have the leadership in place for this market.  

 

 

Today as I write this update, we are in Singapore, one of the cleanest parts of the world.   We have just finished making impactful strides with our Southeast Asian fulfillment initiatives as well as meeting with local leadership for strategic planning for all retailers not only in this market, but worldwide.  William Wong, our CFO, along with Corporate Consultants, Michael Ang and Anthony Yan, are doing an amazing job for CieAura. In the coming days we will be traveling to Malaysia, and then back to Hong Kong and Greater China until the 23rd of December.  SingaporeEach and every time we travel to these International markets, such as Europe, Asia, or any of our 54 International countries, the trip is better, bigger, and more successful than the last as we evolve and build new relationships. This CieAura Asia Tour has been the best ever!

 

 

In closing, let me take a moment to share the highlight of this tour for me on a personal level.  This past Sunday, we had the privilege of visiting Smokey Mountain in Tondo, Philippines.  This was the second time I have visited this area located just outside of Metro Manila, where approximately 20,000 of the poorest people live. This trip indeed took on a whole new meaning for us. Along with a film crew, we were able to see and capture for you what it is like to see these families and children living and surviving in the worst imaginable conditions.  It is both humbling and meaningful to see that CieAura and all of our retailers are making a difference.  For the first time, we saw firsthand the  new  Malaya House Worship Center in Smokey Mountain. Concrete floors, walls, ceiling, electricity, running water, a kitchen, bathrooms, and worship center for all of the residents to enjoy and be proud of.  To see these children with excitement in their eyes experience this haven that CieAura built was simply breathtaking.

There is no question each of you are making a difference in people lives, even in the lives of those living in Smokey Mountain.  No pictures could truly capture the joy and excitement of the children putting on their new CieAura Manny Pacquiao Energy Bracelets.  Even in the worst living conditions, they all know and admire their country hero, Manny Pacquiao.  There is no question we have a perfect fit with  CieAura and Manny, as both CieAura and the Pacquiao Partnership for the Poor Inc. are "Knocking Out Poverty One Energy Bracelet at a Time."  I encourage you to keep Smokey Mountain on your minds and in your hearts especially during this Holiday Season, and do your part in sharing CieAura - an action that ultimately impacts this vital company project. Understanding there are many Smokey Mountains in countries around the world, we are excited to know that we are making a difference today, and we will continue for generations to follow.

 

In the coming days and weeks, we will be posting all the pictures of our Asian Tour. We truly wish you could travel in our shoes just for one day to see how you and  CieAura  are impacting lives around the world.  There are many countries with languages we may not understand, but the eyes and faces of those in 54 countries outside the U.S. tell the story - the story that you are in the right company, at the right place, at the right time.  It is an honor and privilege to be one of your Corporate Ambassadors supporting our growing International Markets.  

 

Congratulations to all of our CieAura retailers that have hit new and higher pin ranks during the months of November and December. A friendly Compliance Reminder: If a CieAura Independent Retailer finds  what they believe to be an erroneous charge on their credit card statement, the Retailer should contact Support (Support@CieAura.com) of the possible erroneous charge. Our Support Team will be happy to investigate this for you and resolve the issue. Most of the time, it is not an erroneous charge, but a charge that our Retailers may have forgotten. Please see below from CieAura's Policies and Procedures.

 

G. Chargebacks or Erroneous Charges

Any CieAura Independent Retailer that charges back to CieAura any credit card purchase, may be suspended or terminated. Please notify Retailer Support of any erroneous charges on your credit card statement, before notifying your credit card company. All credit card disputes must be presented to CieAura Retailer Support within one year of the transaction date. Any CieAura Independent Retailer that allows another Retailer or Customer to use their credit card is solely responsible for all charges.  

  

Another friendly reminder regarding returns. According to the CieAua Policies and Procedures when returning product to our fulfillment center for any reason, here are the steps:

 

(1) Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the Support Department by sending an email to support@CieAura.com. Let us know what products are being returned and include an order number and date. The RMA number must be written on the exterior of each carton returned. RMAs are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue.

 

(2) The product being returned must be in its original packaging, in a marketable condition, unopened, unaltered (no stickers or labels) and resalable.

 

(3) Return the product and the completed and signed RMA form to CieAura at the address found on the RMA form. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned. CieAura will not refund any product that is delivered damaged. All returns must be shipped to the address found on the RMA form. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the product. CieAura will refuse any return shipments sent shipping collect or COD. It is recommended that you chose a shipping method that allows tracking and delivery confirmation. CieAura is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. It is the responsibility of the Customer to trace, insure or otherwise confirm that CieAura has received the shipment.

 

CieAura will not accept any returns without a RMA number on the exterior of the package.

 

This policy is in place to ensure that returned packages are handled accordingly and efficiently. Thank you as always for your cooperation

This is one of my favorite times of the year: the cool weather, having endless conversation with family and friends, to having some of the best prepared meals of the year !

 

By having the opportunity to build a business and watch it expand around the world is something truly special -- I couldn't be more excited about what's taking place and the direction we are heading.

 

As we look back at 2011, WHAT A YEAR!  With strategic partnerships in place, as well as the release of our own smartphone application and the revolutionary CieAura Weight Management System, CieAura is positioned to experience massive growth on a global scale.The events of this past year have drawn us closer together in unity; guiding each and every one of us forward and in the same direction.  

 

The ability to market products that represent the technology of the future; working together with a distinguished and trustworthy management team; and having a global business, are essential components for helping all of us to achieve our goals and dreams! We all represent the best of what this industry can offer!

 

In order for your vision to expand and our company to grow, there are basic activities that we need to do every day to position ourselves, as well as our teams for a swing of momentum into the the new year.

 

Each week, we must hold ourselves accountable to... 

 

1) Set weekly goals 

 

2) Remain plugged in and exposed to calls, meetings, leaders, videos... anything that can give you knowledge

 

3) Put yourself in situations to grow as a leader. The more success you have, the better you get. The more you fail, the better you get. Talk to people. Talk to people. Talk to people. Give yourself time, be patient, have a positive attitude, and be consistent. 

 

4) Keep in contact with up-line leaders. Have them assist with 3-way calls, wrapping up presentations via speakerphone, as well as introducing them to new people that join the business. Culture is key. Duplication is key. Connecting people is exactly how this happens. 

 

The Holidays bring great opportunities for us to share our wonderful products and business model with the individuals we love and care about. There isn't a more perfect time to build our business, and polish our skills.

 

Have a wonderful Christmas, Happy New Year, and a strong finish, as we transition into the year we all have been waiting and preparing  for.
