At the CieAura National Convention in Las Vegas, we kicked off the weekend with our first Annual Diamond Gala Award Dinner! As you can see from the pictures below, we awarded our Diamond Retailers with a beautiful crystal diamond inscribed with the CieAura National Convention logo and their rank! We are truly blessed as a company to have so many outstanding leaders who have paid the price to achieve our highest rank. Our top two Diamonds - Kenny Isbell (Triple Diamond) and John "JT" Taylor (Black Diamond), have done an exceptional job in setting the standard for excellence through their tireless efforts and passion for their teams! Shown below, we were honored to have so many of our Silver Star, Gold Star and Ambassadors with us at the Gala and the National Convention! The pictures taken from the stage on Saturday afternoon reflect a small portion of those that have achieved these ranks!

As you can tell from this newsletter and the CieAura newsletter - we are putting a significant focus on all those that achieve the various ranks in the CieAura compensation plan.
