Don't miss this wonderful Masquerade Ball which will include a fabulous dinner with our Corporate Executives, Advisory Board, Medical Board members and top Leaders, plus World Class Entertainment & Dancing.
It's a formal ball and masks are optional. Since it's two days before Halloween, if you prefer you may come in costume; just come and have fun! As you know, there will be dinner & incredible entertainment followed by dancing for those who like to cut a rug!
If you would like the whole family to join in the fun, you can purchase children's tickets for those who are 14 years old & under. The child's ticket cost will only be $40.00 and can be purchased online now or you may also wait to buy them onsite in Vegas for $45.00.
This event is optional and there is an additional per person cost to attend.
The cost is $95 per person (unless it is a child ticket) if purchased in advance and $105 per person at the door - if tickets are still available. All Masquerade Ball tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be picked up when you check in onsite.
