The CieAura Retailer Agreement: Policies & Procedures has been updated. This document is available in the Resources section of your Virtual Office or by clicking here. Also, in order to stay in compliance we've provided some helpful forms to facilitate requests such as Transfers of Position Ownership, Placement Changes, and Sponsorship Changes. These forms are available in the Resources section of your Virtual Office or by clicking the links above. Moving forward, any of these requests must be accompanied by the proper form.
RMA form is required for product returns. As per the CieAura Retailer Agreement: Policies and Procedures, any product return must be accompanied by a completed and signed RMA form. This form is located in your Virtual Office or by clicking here.

National Convention Attendance Report
Find out who on your team is registered for the National Convention in Las Vegas October 27-29 using your Virtual Office. In the "My Genealogy" section of your virtual office, click on "Enrolled Members View" and you will see a list of all the retailers in your unilevel organization (your organization in order of sponsorship). The column titled "Attending Conference" will indicate whether or not that person is attending the National Convention. You can click on that title to sort the list by that column. If your organization is large, we've also given you the ability to download this list in a spreadsheet format so you can easily view the data in many different ways. Click on the link "Spreadsheet version of downline view" to download this list.
