BacktotopANZA TechNet is seeking expressions of interest from Australian entrepreneurs who are seriously considering expanding business opportunities into China for our Gateway to China Pilot program to be held in Shanghai, late March 2010.

This pilot program is still in its planning stages, but will include:

  • FREE 1-day workshop in February 2010 in Australian cities where expression of interest is the highest. Workshop will include business assessment for readiness in China market.

Following the workshop, five (5) companies will be chosen to take part in the Gateway to China Pilot program. We will immediately match you with a China-based coach who will meet with you via weekly phone meetings to prep you for business opportunities in Shanghai. The Gateway to China includes 1 week in Shanghai in late March 2010 that will focus on:

  • One-on-one working sessions with your China coach

  • Perfecting your company pitch and delivery to panel of experts who have assisted Australian entrepreneurs entering the China market

  • In-depth business forums on legal, banking, marketing and cultural issues you will need to understand before entering the China market

  • Ample time for pre-arranged business meetings set up for you by your China coach

Companies that successfully complete this Gateway to China Pilot program will have the tools and first-stage connections to begin developing a viable China network to continue your China business expansion plans. Mentor-matching will be available to companies who want to Fast Track their China business plans and accelerate market entry based on the success of this pilot program.
