Winter is THE BEST time to build on your Fitness.
The more you exercise the warmer you will feel.
The more alert your senses, the happier you will be!
We challenge you to step out of your comfort zone (the doona, the indoor heating, your perceived exercise limitations) and have a crack!
Week one starts on 02 May and finishes 12 wks later on 24 July 2011.W
You don't necessarily need a Gym membership or be playing Sport to take on this Challenge!!
What you do need is?
1. a buddy (friend, family, team mate or just pay someone!)
2. a positive attitude
3. the understanding you will integrate a number of new activities ranging from 1-10min's per day
over a 12 week period to no more than an hour a day total at the end of 12 weeks
Join me on Monday the 2nd of May at 6.30pm to look at the program in full & answer any questions. 
Further workshops on Monday the 30th May & 27th June @ 6.30pm to provide further support & motivation.
To build a habit takes time & focus, so we start Week One small with a few daily tasks, and then add to that each week. By the end of our Challenge in July, provided you've done your homework of weekly tasks, you should have a well-established routine of added exercise, feeling better with more energy & feel ready for a bigger challenge!
Tasks may include drinking more water, climbing a flight of stairs or trying a new food each week.
You score points for all tasks completed and you choose what to do or skip based on your progress and how you're feeling.
Now, here's the FUN part . . . IF you hit a perfect score for the week (all tasks achieved), you can award yourself a TREAT. Treats are non-food indulgences and will also get you bonus points!
The top three Buddy Teams at the end of the Challenge will win prizes but there's also wild card prizes so everyone is encouraged to participate.
