FAST Football Fundamentals
Combines football specific speed, agility and conditioning with fundamentals of offense and defense. FAST All-Sports Speed Camp
Develops explosive speed in all directions, improves strength, agility and conditioning for all sports.
FAST Running Back Camp
Combines position specific speed, agility and conditioning with running back specific drills.
FAST QB/Receiver Camp w/Coach Mike Whitson Combines position specific speed, agility and conditioning with quarterback & receiver specific drills

FAST Football Fundamentals Camp Ages 8-13 9am-11am
FAST All-Sports Speed and Conditioning Camp Ages 8-13 1pm-3pm
FAST Running Back Camp Ages 8-Up 7:15pm-8:45pm
FAST QB/Receiver Camp w/Coach Mike Whitson Ages 8 - up 7:15pm - 8:45pm
Tuition:
$250 for both sessions (12-2 hour classes)
$150 per session (6-2 hour classes)
$60 per week (2-2 hour classes)
$40 for 1-2 hour class
Camps will be held outside weather permitting, inside if it rains or is too hot.
