Make the most of your Focus-N-Fly user experience!
You're in the thick of training, but catch a flu bug or turn an ankle out on the trails. How do you adjust your schedule to reflect the time off? Here's how:
- Login
Edit
your training log so that the system knows of your inactivity and
injury.
- Make sure to edit all appropriate
days, even if it is just 0-0-0, etc.
- Hit the "Recalculate
Schedule" button on Training
Log page
- Now your schedule will update with a gradual return to a full workload
