Make the most of your Focus-N-Fly user experience!

You're in the thick of training, but catch a flu bug or turn an ankle out on the trails.  How do you adjust your schedule to reflect the time off?

Here's how:
  1. Login
  2. Edit your training log so that the system knows of your inactivity and injury.
  3. Make sure to edit all appropriate days, even if it is just 0-0-0, etc.
  4. Hit the "Recalculate Schedule" button on Training Log page
  5. Now your schedule will update with a gradual return to a full workload
