Baja Animal Sanctuary
Based in Rosarito since 1997, Baja Animal Sanctuary is the only no-kill shelter in Northern Mexico. They provide low-cost spay and neuter services to the surrounding community. In 2011 they placed 262 dogs and 49 cats into permanent homes, mainly in the U.S.

Dexter's will be at their Pugo de Mayo party on May 5th at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
May 19th - 11am to 2pm
This free event will feature many local rescue groups for dogs, cats, and other animals, alongside supporting local businesses, and of course Rancho-Coastal Humane Society.
