New Fresh Foods at Dexter's Deli

At Dexter's we're always on the lookout for the best foods for pets. We want to offer our customers the healthiest fresh foods available, and we've found three California-based companies that represent the ideals we strive for.

Small Batch Pets is a Bay Area company that makes food for dogs & cats from fresh regional ingredients: organic vegetables and pastured/free-range meats. The food is made when we order it - you can't get fresher than that. Their cartons are compostable too! We think you'll be impressed with the care and quality. (look for SmallBatch mid-month)

FreshFetch is based in Palm Springs and offers lightly cooked frozen diets for dogs. These meals are nutritionally complete through the addition of vitamins and minerals. Come take a look and you might be tempted to try it yourself.

Green Tripe (from Hollister) will be our new supplier of green beef tripe. Their product is from grassfed, organic beef, the best you can ask for. (look for Green Tripe mid-month)
