New Parents

Orientation Morning 9 - 10am


Parent Teacher Conferences
10am - noon


A Reminder for All New Families

We look forward to seeing you at Orientation Morning
this Thursday, August 27 from 9 - 10am in the library
Refreshments and child care will be provided. 
New TGS students should be escorted to their classrooms
before 9am where they will meet with their teachers.


Also, parent teacher conferences will be from 10am through noon.

If you haven't already scheduled your conference, please call Tammy White as soon as possible at 387-5364 or e-mail [email protected]

Parents, please read the following documents with your child or children before conferences if possible.  Your homeroom teacher will give you the signature pages at your conference.  Please sign one to give to the homeroom teacher and keep one copy for your records. Every student must have a signed AUP consent form on file in order to use the computers at school.

7-8 Studio - Thursdays 10:30-12 Fall Term Sept-Dec - Please review the tentative class list and confirm with your homeroom teacher at conferences this week. Email Alli with questions or concerns.

To rent instruments - guitars can be rented - please email Ellis Music for a contract as soon as possible. They need to have signed paperwork by Tuesday morning 9/1/09, in order to deliver the instruments that week! All rental payments are transferable to purchase.
