Online Club Management: Data Management

presented by
club assistant logo 2

Coaches, are you storing all your members' data on the local C drive of your personal computer?  Do you have a back-up solution?  Can you take all pertinent member data safely with you when you travel to meets or conventions?

The data you are storing probably includes personal information such as member name, address, birth date, age, competition age group, email address, and phone number.  You may also have membership information such as billing plans, billing dates, billing rates, payment methods, payment history, and much more.

Besides coaching, data management may be the biggest part of your job, and a job you should take very seriously because your club members have trusted that you will keep their sensitive data secure.

Club Assistant recommends that you use Online Club Management to store your member data on secure servers with automatic backups.  This provides the convenience of logging in to your account and managing your data from anywhere you have web access.  Most importantly, the data is SAFE.  Club Assistant's carrier grade Tier-1 data center features:
  • 24x7x365 on-site support staff
  • Access controlled by key cards and electro-mechanical locks
  • Interior and exterior electronic surveillance
  • Redundant OC3 connections through multiple network service providers
  • 1.25-megawatt diesel power generator
  • Redundant uninterruptible power supplies
  • Zoned HVAC for temperature and humidity control
  • Sophisticated smoke detection and fire suppression systems
  • Raised floors with under-floor leak detection system
  • Single-story building with seismically braced equipment racks
Your Club Assistant can be set up in a matter of days (with NO setup fee) and you can begin using it immediately.  Our customer support takes pride in providing quality service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   We help you get started and work with you until you are comfortable with using Club Assistant for your team.
