Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality and Healing Holiday Newsletter

Hello All, During this season of the darkest nights and the shortest days of the year, the festive lights of the season remind us that the light is still with us and we are still nurtured by the light. The most important way for us to continue to know that the light is here is to focus on what gives us joy--children, giving gifts and sharing ourselves with others, spending time in the present moment of silence, practicing yoga, or breathing strongly and deeply. During this season, the Center team encourages you to remember what gives you joy for the light will always stay with us and will present itself again. All we need do is remain faithful to what gives us joy, what excites us, what relieves our stress. The light within will pop through to our bodies, our minds and our spirits. Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Winter Solstice! Michael
