 Greetings!

Many Yoga students focus their entire practice on the physical poses (asanas).  This is only a single element of the ancient tradition of Yoga.  Please join the Center as we welcome Mirka Kraftsow, a teacher of national and international renown.

Mirka will guide us for three days as we discover how to weave asana, pranayama, chanting, meditation and personal ritual into a Yoga practice that can speak to each one of us individually.

Mirka is the Director of Teacher Development for the  American Viniyoga Institute and has been Co-Instructor with Gary Kraftsow in Viniyoga teacher training programs since  1990.  
 
Rather than simply focusing on each area of practice as a separate entity, Mirka's philosophy is comprehensive; all aspects of practice - physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual - are addressed in each practice session.
