4th of July Fun - Keep it Fun-ctional
Planning to get out for the Fourth? There are always things to remember for the get-togethers, picnics, BBQs and for travel. You have to remember the sunscreen, the napkins, pick up Aunt Mary, stop by the store, and oh, don't forget all the kids... (my parents forgot my brother at the fair one year)
And, of course, don't forget to take care of your body. If you're going to be jumping on the volleyball court, playing a little softball, smashball or soccer (like the guys in the World Cup), then hopefully you've been doing your menus and staying on track.
If not, then get these quick "warm-up" e-cises in before you jump into activity. It'll only take you 10-12 minutes but could help reduce your risk of injury.
