Good Morning,
I'm not sure about you but I have had my fill of snow for this winter. With the record setting snows in the Mid Atlantic this year we have all been challenged with lost time, lost productivity and unforeseen delays caused by the weather this winter. As a technology firm we take the necessary measures to make sure our people and clients are taken care of during these types of events. Remote access solutions such as Terminal Server or Citrix, coupled with an IP Phone system helped us make sure our people stayed safe and were available to assist clients during this period. If you have not implemented or evaluated these types of solutions I would highly recommend it. They can add significant value to your organization by reducing overall cost of ownership, increasing productivity and during unforeseen events like we have had, they give your team the ability to stay connected and productive.

It's been a while but the next release of Microsoft Dynamics GP is coming this May. This may be one of the most anticipated releases of Dynamics GP ever. Over the next 5 months with will be hosting webinars, seminars and one-on-one meetings with our clients and prospects to show them the significant value of this release. Here are just a few of the new features that have been released so far:
- Email documents (PO's, Sales Orders, Invoice's, etc) directly from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010
- Microsoft Word forms for Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Project Accounting, etc.
- User's will have the ability to Automatically login to the Dynamics and their default company using the Automatic Login function
- The Copy User Access function is back within the new security model. The function was sorely missed by number of system administrators.
- Online Connect with give user's direct access to key online resources directly from their home page. Features like CustomerSource, Blogs, newsfeeds and more can be directly accessed based on individual user preferences

Business Portal for Dynamics GP integrates with SharePoint Services 3.0 to provide a secure Intranet solution that is integrated with Dynamics GP. Business Portal includes the following features:
- Requisition Management
- Employee Self Service Center
- Integration with FRx and SQL Reporting Services giving you the ability to publish key reports to a secure location
- Orders Mangement for external customers or sales personnel
- Key Performance Indicators and other related metrics
