Greetings!  

I invite you to a meeting on May 31, 2012, 1 p.m. for the purpose of resourcing the Indiana Conference The United Methodist Church Youth.  Helen Foust, Associate Director of Student Ministries, is looking ahead and planning a mission outreach during a week June 2013. She is estimating approximately 400 youth from Indiana coming to Indianapolis, and is in the planning stages of the mission event.  She has asked me to connect her with mission project opportunities in Indianapolis. 

You are invited to participate in the discussion with Helene about specific projects that you might be willing to partner.  We plan to provide light refreshments.  Please RSVP and let us know if you can attend.  You may send a representative if you are unable to attend.    

The meeting will be held in the United Way Building, 3901 N. Meridian Street, meeting room E.  You may enter the United Way building from the visitor parking garage through the security entrance.  You will be directed to the  meeting room on the lower level.
