Greetings!
We have just been notified that Judge Legg of the Maryland District Court has announce that he will by separate order, lift the stay he previously imposed on his own order prohibiting the State of Maryland's from requiring that a citizen demonstrate a good and substantial reason for a permit to carry a handgun.
It is far to soon to know exactly what will happen and how soon it will happen. Please do not overreact to this news at this time. We will keep you advised as more information becomes available.
