Volunteer Opportunities
Pot Decorating with the Kids
In May, Vision House will be holding our major fundraiser of the year, the NoHomelessKids luncheon.  We will be having the Children's Village kids decorate pots for the table centerpieces.  We have not yet picked a date for this pot decorating party, but it will be on a week day.  If you may be available and would like to help the kids paint and decorate these centerpieces, please let me know.

Outdoor Maintenance
Help us create and maintain a nurturing and welcoming environment for our residents to call home.  Help is needed with weeding, mowing, picking up litter around the buildings, etc.

Vision House Jacob's Well

-  Communication - work with other volunteers on a newsletter, graphic
    design, etc.
-  Events - the next event is the Jacob's Well ground breaking ceremony on the
Vision House property in Shoreline April 11th from 2:00 - 3:00.
-  Prayer Team - receive prayer requests and pray for the project and the
coming together of the churches to complete the project.
-  Construction support
-  Provide Meals for construction volunteers - this is a great group
   opportunity.

Tutoring
Volunteers that have experience working with children are needed to teach basic Spanish, French, German or an art such as dance, karate, or music to the pre-school/kindergarten class in the Children's Village Child care center (a program of Vision House).
