At last - a book to make an allergy sufferer's day!

One Bowl Allergy Free Baking is a nut free, dairy free and egg free sweet baking cookbook containing 100 easy delicious recipes. There is no need to get the electric mixer out for any of these recipes which range from biscuits and cakes to slices and desserts. Most can be made in one bowl in less than 15 minutes with minimal time, experience, mess and fuss.

Linda Bosnic was inspired to create these miraculous, mouth watering recipes due to health issues in her family.

Armed with this book, allergy sufferers can finally join the party! The recipes are not only for people with allergies but will have universal appeal. The book also includes gluten free recipes.

"A welcome tool for parents looking for simple and safe recipes for their children" - Anthony from The Wiggles.

Linda has generously given us TWO copies of her lovely book to giveaway to our subscribers.

All you need to do is email me here

by close of business Friday 13th May with your name and contact details.

Winners will be drawn at random and will be notified directly.

mindd forumThe Mindd Foundation aims to support Australian families in finding effective healthcare for their children and believe the best outcomes will be from teams of professionals and carers who work together to treat the whole child for key causes of disease (versus symptons).

The Mindd Foundation are holding their 5th Forum in Sydney on 13-14 August. There will be Practitioner training and Carer training. You will hear from leading practitioners from both the US and Australia.

If you or anyone you know has a child with autism, ADD or allergies, this will be a life changing 2 days for you. And if you know a practitioner who should be there, then please let them know about it.

I have the privilege of speaking at the forum this year and I'm looking forward to being able to help some families by sharing our journey and experiences.

For full details of the forum please visit the webiste by clicking here

Early bird pricing applies until the end of May, so don't delay.
